How long does my order take to ship?

I strive to pack and send as soon as possible. Keep in mind I'm currently working my business around a some what off grid schedule when I'm hunting for rock or wandering around the beautiful state of Utah.

I will get your tracking number as soon as possible

This is what I want my customers to please keep in mind. I'm not responsible for slow mail during the holiday season, nor lost mail, accidents on the road. We have all seen the youtube videos with UPS, Amazon, USPS and other carriers stuck in or involved in serious accidents and we silently said. Whoah guess someone is not getting their packages. So let's not freak out if out we have a late tracking issue or immediately give my business a bad review. But if a unicorn magically delivered it! I will be extremely impressed and would like a photo.

All orders will be addressed, packaging and hipped in a timely manor.

If issues occurs out of my hands due to carrier. This will be addressed and handle professionally.
